We are seeking a dedicated and organized Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a comprehensive understanding of property management practices. This role involves managing property leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations to ensure a high level of satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Manage the leasing process, including marketing available properties, screening potential tenants, and executing lease agreements.
Maintain effective communication with tenants regarding property issues, concerns, and inquiries.
Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution of issues through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) - Rent Manager Software.
Conduct regular property inspections to assess conditions and identify necessary maintenance or improvements.
Oversee office operations related to property management, including data entry and record keeping using Rent Manager.
Ensure compliance with local housing regulations.
Provide excellent customer service to tenants and address any complaints or disputes in a professional manner.
Prepare reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and maintenance activities for management review.

Skills:

Proficient in property leasing practices with a strong understanding of real estate administrative tasks.
Excellent office skills with a focus on data entry accuracy and organization.
Strong phone etiquette to communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
Knowledge of property maintenance protocols and experience using CMMS for tracking work orders.
Exceptional customer service skills to foster positive tenant relationships.
Familiarity with Rent Manager software is preferred but not mandatory.
